You are commanded to bring with you to trial, and to produce for inspection, copying, and admission into evidence, all documents in your possession, custody, or control described in the following categories, relating to Marco Santos (Date of Birth: [REDACTED]; Social Security No.: [REDACTED]) during the period February 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024 (“the Employment Period”):

Category 1 — Payroll Records

All payroll records, wage statements, pay stubs, direct deposit records, earnings summaries, and W-2 or 1099 forms issued on behalf of Coastal Tech Solutions, Inc. for Marco Santos during the Employment Period.

Category 2 — Time and Attendance Records

All time-clock records, hour-tracking logs, timesheets (electronic or paper), badge-swipe records, and any other records reflecting the hours worked by Marco Santos during the Employment Period, to the extent such records were generated, received, or retained by BluePine Payroll Services, Inc.

Category 3 — Meal Break and Rest Break Attestation Records

All meal break attestation forms, rest period acknowledgment records, or similar compliance documentation submitted by or on behalf of Coastal Tech Solutions, Inc. regarding Marco Santos during the Employment Period, to the extent maintained in your records.

Category 4 — Payroll Processing Agreements and Run Logs

All payroll processing contracts or service agreements between BluePine Payroll Services, Inc. and Coastal Tech Solutions, Inc. effective during any portion of the Employment Period, and all payroll processing run logs, audit trails, or batch reports generated for Marco Santos’s compensation during the Employment Period.

Category 5 — Compensation Rate and Deduction Records

All records reflecting Marco Santos’s base salary, compensation rate, any deductions, garnishments, or adjustments made to his compensation during the Employment Period.

CUSTODIAN OF RECORDS DECLARATION OPTION

In lieu of personal appearance, you may produce the above documents accompanied by a completed Custodian of Records Declaration pursuant to California Evidence Code § 1562 no later than October 30, 2026, by delivering the documents and declaration to:
